Return Eligibility
- Our return policy is active for 14 days from the date your item ships. If 14 days have passed since your ship date, we cannot offer you a return or store credit.
- ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds.
- Due to the fast-moving nature of our inventory, we do not make exceptions to our return policy.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with USPS if your package qualifies.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:
- Sale/Clearance items
- Jewelry (including permanent jewelry)
- Accessories (handbags, scarves, belts, sunglasses, socks, etc.)
- Drinkware (tumblers, mugs, etc.)
- Fragrance/Candles
- Personalized or pre-order items
- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more
- Gift cards
- Items purchased with store credit from giveaways or contests
- Swimwear (must have hygienic liner intact)
If any of these items are sent back, the return will not be processed, and the item will be sent back at your expense.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, covered with a polymailer or another box. Do not ship the shoe box alone.
- Items with makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, or any odor (perfume, smoke, etc.) will not be accepted.
- If we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item
- Review our return policy to ensure your item is eligible.
- Include the return form with your package.
- Ship your return using an economical shipping method of your choice.
- Keep your tracking number! We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Allow 10 business days for return processing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it will be sent back at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn with tags attached to qualify for return.
- Colors and patterns may vary slightly due to screen settings; this is not considered a defect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to high inventory turnover. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for store credit.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
