- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted as a preorder.
- Since our items ship from multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

- If your package is marked delivered but missing, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
Shipping Address Accuracy

- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout will not be refunded.
