Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted as a preorder.
  • Since our items ship from multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

We ship via:

📦 UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier used depends on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (after processing)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Preorder Items

  • If an item is marked "Preorder," the expected ship date will be listed in the product description.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our warehouse.
  • If your package is marked delivered but missing, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout will not be refunded.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
